How Can Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

Hi, is it possible to have a false pregnancy? I have not received my periods for four months now and my boobs are quite sore though there is no darkening of the areolas present, I don t have any pregnancy symptoms... before this I had been taking p2 daily....could it be a false pregnacy? Blood and urine test were positive

Sore breast doesn't mean confirmed pregnancy

As you have no menstruation rule out pregnancy by urine card test and USG investigation....

P2 drug information is not enlisted here.. If you are talking regarding Hormonal pill than without doctor prescription this drug not taken... Sometime Hormonal pill can lead sore breast as side effect...

Rule out thyroid problem, diabetes and Hormonal imbalance by serum TSH, RBS and Hormonal estimation

If specific cause found than treated accordingly

Consult gynecologist for your examination and subsequent work up
