I had gone through your complaint about difficulty you are facing with shortness of breath. Many factors may cause shortness of breath in the middle age. There may be few other reasons like Anemia which may make u feel lightheaded after moderate physical activity. ●     Relax your neck and shoulder muscles
●     Lie down, keeping your hand on abdomen
●     Slowly breath in through your nose, keeping your mouth closed.
●     Breath out slowly and gently.
●     Repeat these pattern for every 10 minutes.
●     Take plenty of fluids orally.
●     Take break from your sedentary work at least at every 2 hrs for 5 minute stretch. First better to go for all relevant investigations regarding,

1. Fasting blood sugar and Post-prandial blood sugar levels.
2. Chest X-ray.
