I m 42 years from chennai completed unmarried very soon I have to marry I have tight fore skin problem but no no problem in urinating I m moving my foreskin and urinating without any problem even if I jerk or spurting the sperm I have no problem or irritation I keeping it clean once when I was cleaning the penis my foreskin went back to the mushroom and I had a problem to not able move the foreskin to cover the mushroom and than I went to a doctor he moved the foreskin with the help of lubricant and than he said that to me you need circumcision but I having some economical problem to do surgery and I have the fear that howmany days I need to take rest and also the fear about of hygiene related thing please help me to come out of these problem doctor you re equal to almighty please advise and help me

Hi, I think you need a circumcision operation for your problem. it is a minor surgery and 1 week rest is enough. You can do your daily work. Hygiene maintaining is not a big thing. You can go for surgery. Hope I have answered your question.
