Hi,

I would recommend starting a low dose of Lactulose to help against constipation.

It is also necessary for regulating their regimen (go to the bathroom and try to defecate every day at the same hour).

Some modifications in the diet are needed too: increase fibers, cereals and vegetables. Olive oil can help too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
