General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. To treat the peripheral neuropathy symptoms we use this medications
1.Pain relievers. Over-the-counter pain medications, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, can relieve mild symptoms.

2. Anti-seizure medications.Medications such as gabapentin (Gralise, Neurontin) and pregabalin (Lyrica), developed to treat epilepsy, may relieve nerve pain.

3.Topical treatmentsTopical treatments. Capsaicin cream, which contains a substance found in hot peppers, can cause modest improvements in peripheral neuropathy symptoms.  Lidocaine patches are another treatment you apply to your skin that might offer pain relief.
4.Antidepressants. Certain tricyclic antidepressants, such as amitriptyline, doxepin and nortriptyline (Pamelor), have been found to help relieve pain by interfering with chemical processes in your brain and spinal cord that cause you to feel pain.

Hope my answer was helpful. If yes vote helpful. Regards, Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician )
