Well now I seem to be going backwards (literly I fall back all the time) my Dr has me on 300mgs of Gabipention 3x aday, Cymabltia, and 3 10-325 Norco aday. I know I cant increse theGabipention because we have tried and it makes me loopy and too tired my email does not work can you reply back on here?I ll use another email. What would you persscribe for the constant stabbing pain My Dr doesnt know what to do now or wont???? Sorry for all the misspelled words Any help would be appreciated Thank you
Since you are already on a high dose of Gabapentin, and other medications, and still symptomatic regarding peripheral nuropathy, another accepted method for such intractable nuropathy is Anodyne Therapy. This therapy uses deep penetrating monochromatic infrared rays which helps in nerve regeneration and relief of symptoms. Each session is of 40 minutes and one has to take 12 to 14 continuous sessions for one course. Most patients do get appreciable relief of nuropathic discomfort.
