Hi,

As you say that you have been diagnosed with a peptic ulcer so it needs drug therapy which doctor has prescribed.

There is no need for changing it continue it. It will relieve you from the impact of acids on the stomach and help ulcer to heal.

So don't worry follow instructions in one or two months you will return to normal. However, do one thing avoid coffee, cold drinks and acid causing foods, meat and junk foods for some time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Soheel Hussain Zargar,
