How Can Penis Shaft Indents With Lumps Be Treated?

I am 19, 6'3" and 195 lbs. I have noticed these crater-like indents on the underside of my penis. I can pop these and stringy white stuff comes out. Recently, I kept popping these 2 "pimple-like" things on my penis and now they have turned into red medium-sized bumps. I dont know what I should do or how serious this is? Thank for your help!

1.It can be some infection / inflammation which is causing lump over the shaft.
2.At the same time an STD ( sexually transmitted disease ) can not be ruled out.
3.One can not be able to help you out with out examining the area.
4.Recommend you to get an appointment with your GP, and get examined and treated accordingly.
5.Things like this can not be ignores / taken easy, as you are quite young an in long term they may complicate situation.
