Hello sir, I am Rajesh, I am feeling that I am suffering from panic disorder and anaxity becoz from last 2-3 month I feel fear to get outside home alone, faster heart beat when I am thinking, fear about to do something new, I lost my work confidence and efficiency, fear of death, bad dreams. I am worried myself and it's converting in fobia. Please tell me what kind of treatment I need and how much time it's take to recover well myself.

Hello,

If you have such repeated attacks, it is necessary to consult a psychiatrist, who can help overcome the problem fairly rapidly. Anxiety and panic attacks can be treated very well with anxiolytic drugs and counselling. So please do visit a psychiatrist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks,
Dr. Prabhakar Laxman Jathar
