How Can Painful Red Blisters On The Forearm Be Treated?

Burned forearm on hot pan just out of oven yesterday. treated with vaseline left uncovered. Later blisters appeared. Now a few blisters have broken open. Should I leave uncovered? Do I apply bandage? Need instructions please. Red and some swelling, no pain.
