How Can Painful Degenerative Spinal Disease Be Treated?

I m a pain patient with a degenerative spinal disease I also have MTHFR 1298c and also am CYP-2D6 Deficient I ve been on all kinds of medications for pain Hydrocodone Percocet Dilaudid Methadone one dr had me on 30mg Percocet 6 times a day, Methadone 10mg 4 times a day and Dilaudid 4mg 4 times a day but now it seems like nothing helps why I understand about my conditions but I also don t want to hurt all the time but I also don t want to feel like a damn drug addict either why do I still hurt so much

Hi,
With all of these medications ,it's can not advised to take overdose &harm your health further.
II would suggest start meditation for +'ve psychology,go for light exercises to keep spine flexible to some extent.. at the same time avoid overdoing,Try to raise your pain quotient, keep your Mind busy in some activity that you like to do.
pain medication only once a day with your treating doctor's advise./hot or cold pack as suitable/mild massage with muscle relaxents
