Hello,

Cervical dystonia there's is no permanent cure but it is treated with botulinum injections, sensory tricks, such as touching the opposite side of your face or the back of your head, may cause spasms to stop temporarily.

Deep brain stimulation, cutting the nerves may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
