How Can Pain In The Testicles Be Treated?

Hello I ve was master bating about 7 months ago n felt a muscle pull I was also working out on the groin machine around the same time. I also hurt my tailbone at some point before that. Now I m experiencing left testicle pain , pretty much all the time. I m not sure what to do :/

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

As per your history it seems to me that you might have torsion of testicle. The pain may be because of that.

If you have any dull pain with numbness you must check for any swelling too. You must visit a skin and sex spacialist for further evaluation.

Inguinal hernia also cause dull constant pain in the area.
If I would have been your treatment doctor I would have suggested the antibiotics like doxicyline course for a week.
