How Can Pain In The Shoulders Be Treated?

Hi my name is Angie, I have Constant Achy sore muscles of shoulder makes it difficult to position myself for sleeping, also swollen sore hands and joints of my fingers. Greater pain is at night time. I take meds for high blood pressure but still not regulated. I have no health ins currently due to job layoff and unable to see a doctor. I recently relocated to a different state and able to still get BP meds from the MD I was seeing for only a short while till I can see an MD here. Meanwhile I am in allot of pain and discomfort. What can I do nutritionally that may help wirh the discomfort.
