I have severe pain in my right knee on the inside that oddly enough comes and goes. Sometimes it feels just stiff and not quite right, and then the next minute it have a searing pain going thru the left inside of the knee. At that point it is unstable and it is difficult to walk and the knee feels very unstable. It seems if it is moved the wrong way or something it then goes into the painful reaction. I don t know if I need to just relax and let it heal somehow, or if I should see a dr.
