How Can Pain In The Neck And Shoulder Be Treated?
I have neck pain and shoulder pain. Today I went to the neck/spine doctor. I am on gabapentin 300 mg 3X a day and she is having me try some Lyrica. I have intense muscle spasms in my back muscle and intense pain in my shoulder. My PT said it was something like tendonitus. In your opinion to you think gabapentin of lyrica would be more effective.
