How Can Pain In The Lower Leg Be Treated?

I am experiencing lower leg pain that began in the evening and while falling asleep but now is mildly painful during the day. The pain is located on the outside of the lower left leg. Could this be muscular pain due to over exertion? I have been doing extra yard work and walking day trips. Or could this be something more?

you can myoril 4mg for 3 day's and diclo ointment for local application and t rantac 150 mg 2 times per day...for 5 day's...mostly you're problem looks related to musculo skeletal pain...it should relieve with the above meds...I hope this resolved you're issue's...
