How Can Pain In The Lower Back Be Treated?
Hello, I was inline skating, fell on my bum on Friday evening. At the time, I also had pain in my lower back. Over the past two days, the pain has be come more and more in my lower back and finding it very difficult to sleep at night. Is there anything to recommend? Or should I go in and see a doctor?

A history of trauma to the back in your case a fall can cause pain due to a variety of reasons from a strain to your muscles to a fracture of the bone.
