How Can Pain In The Head Be Treated?

Hi was riding my bike yesterday at 10mph as I was going round a corner my pedal hit the side wall and I fell off hitting my head onto the concrete I blacked out for a few seconds feeling dizzy my head was hurting for the rest of the night and the now the next morning my whole body is stuff also the lump on my head feels bigger and still hurts what should I do?

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern.

As your history is suggestive of trauma to head and dizziness is also there, it can be simply because of the concussion to head or it can be trauma to some part of head.

In case your dizziness increases or you feel any sort of unconsciousness or even weakness in any part of body you need to visit an emergency room as soon as possible.

You can also take pain killers like Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation and also keep your wound clean too.
