I really appreciate your concern, if this is the constipation then first it has to be taken care because it may cause the fissure so have lot of fiber containing diet, drink more water, if this is not the constipation and still it is the blood stain stool are there then such condition needs to be kept under observation and later this may requires work up, first is stool testing and imaging studies hope this information helps.
