Dear Dr My name is Innocent from Uganda, aged 30 and currently a student in China. I have pain around my pelvic bone which normally becomes severe when urine accumulates especially in the early morning hours while in bed. I often don t take water but mostly love juices and refreshments . I also have itchy skin that is seasonal. once it comes, it lasts for three months and goes then re - appears after sometime.
