How Can Pain And Swelling In The Left Testicle Be Treated?

Hello my doctor just put me on gabapentin 300 mg three times a day for nerve damage from groin surgery with pain a swelling to left testicle . my concern is I also am having trouble with vertigo saw the most common side affects on here do you feel this may trigger or make my vertigo problem worse ? thanks for any help Nate .

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You are very right. Gapapentin can cause vertigo. However, side effects of drugs are not always there.

So, I would suggest you to take it. If it causes you any problem whether vertigo or any side effect, you can talk to your doctor.

He may then give you other drug for your nerve pain as other medicines are also available. You should try it, side effects may or may not occur with the drug.
