Last month I sprained my ankle bad and torn all the ligaments inside, I was walking again a week after but for the last couple weeks it s caused my great pain and randomly bruises and swells every now and then. I also broke my growth plate in the same ankle when I was younger. What should I do?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you have not taken proper rest while initial injury was there.
1 week rest is not enough when you are having ligamental and growth plate injury.
So at present, you should consult orthopedic doctor and get done splint for immobilization.
Also take calcium and vitamin d 3 supplements for faster healing.
Painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs are also beneficial for symptomatic relief.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
