How Can Pain And Inflammation In The Right Knee Be Treated?

My right knee is sore. It is painful to kneel and to raise from a sitter position. The knee hurts when I start walking but gets better as I warm it up. The knee also aches when I am laying down.i had the knee exrayed and it showed inflammation. I have been taking ibuprofen for the pain.

you can continue the medicine you are taking. in case it exaggerates small doses of prednisone tablets can be started. if still no relief injections in the knee joint area of corticosteroid plus viscosupplementation with hyaluronic acid is very helpful. precautions such as excess exertion and using a knee cap will be helpful. avoid extremes of temperature as this can exaggerate the problem.
