How Can Pain And Bloating In The Stomach Be Treated?
I have a question my stomach has been hurting for the past 5 days it seems to be after I ate some really greasy food . That first night I had a really watery stool & stomach pains through out the day . The next day my stool was going back to normal but I haven t took any type of stomach relief medicine just hoping it was something that would pass . So for the past couple days I ve been dealing with pains . So 2 days later , I recently baught pepto bismol , been drinking it for the past 2 days and still no relief . Although my stool is back to normal , the pain is still there . Should I just keep drinking the pepto ?
Hello. You may be having gastritis. You need to follow some lifestyle tips to combat gastritis.
1. Do not eat spicy food 2. Take medications for gastritis- pantop/omez/rantac 3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8am, small snack at 11am, lunch at 1pm, small snack at 4pm and dinner at 8pm 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea 6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis 7. Do regular exercise. Atleast half an hour per day 8. Learn meditation techniques 9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit
