What Could Cause Pain And Bloating In The Lower Left Abdomen That Reduces After Urination?

Yesterday I was driving back to Pennsylvania from Raleigh, NC. I stopped for a breakfast sandwich and ordered multigrain. A few hours later, I experienced pain in my lower left abdomen. Some gas. Pain was moderate and not dull, but a bit sharp. I still have pain primarily on my left side. I thought it was diverticulosis as I have a=had that before, but my friends tell me to go to the ER. The pain has lasted about 36 hours. I ve consumed lots of liquids. When I have to urinate, the pain increases. It recedes after urination. I m just going to go to the ER
