hello, my daughter got home from school crying and with a small bleeding spot on the lower right side of the head (near the ear). She said a friend was fooling around and hit her with a gym bag that had something hard inside. She complained of a lot of pain and, when asked for water, kept saying it tasted weird, metallic. She is resting now. I am concerned if it could be a concussion. Should I keep her resting or take her right away to dr?
