Hello welcome to the health care magic

It can be Fungal ear infection

Don't treat your child by self

First thing to be done is Otoscopy ear examination

If it is fungus infection than doctor will clean the ear and topical antifungal drops will be prescribed

Keep that ear area clean

Take care

Hope this will help you

Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination and accordingly treatment given
