General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Possibility of the undescended or retractile testis.
* It is strongly recommended to take a doppler ultrasound of the region for best guidelines of management.
* For primary pain control, avoid tight undergarments and tablet diclofenac ( prescription drug ) 3 times a day after meals if no history of drug sensitivity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
