your query is confusing,what type of marks you are talking ? mark of semen staining under garment, if this is the problem then he should wash his genitals properly under running water after sex and clean with smooth napkin.
if you are talking of marks on the penis after forceful sex and fore skin and glans becomes sore producing marks this can be cleared by applying Vaseline or anti biotic cream.
