How Can One Cure Intracranial Aneurysm?

Diagnosed with intracranial aneurysm at age 72, 4mm, asymmetrical, in vicinity of left ophthalmic artery. Neurologist feels I ve had it very long time and could have been born with it. I am otherwise healthy, active, looking forward to many years of good fortune.
