How Can One Confirm About Internal Injuries?

Hi,
My daughter is 6 moonths old.
She fell down from a height yesterday (train berth), how to know if she got hurt ?
As she creid alot yesterday but after feed she slept till morning.
I don't know how to recognize if she has swelling etc.
Please help to recognize the symptoms and if she needs medical assistance immediately.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
If there is injury to head one has to observe for 48 hours for
Vomiting
convulsions
Altered sensation.
If present consult neurologist immediately.
Observe whether she is moving all the limbs normally to exclude concealed fractures.
Injury to abdomen though inapparent observe the child for any visceral injury and concealed bleeding for 24 hours.
This known by extreme pallor, shock ,breathlessness and rapid pulse.
Better to consult doctor immediately.
