Hello,

Nerve damage heals with time. It needs a minimum of 2-4 weeks to heal. It depends on the grade of nerve damage.

You can take Neurobion Forte which can help to heal the nerve. Multivitamin tablets can also be taken.

If it still persists, you should go to a doctor since any impending nerve compression can cause palsy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
