How Can Numbness And Tightness In The Legs Be Treated?

its been 9 months since I was misdiagnosed w/what turned out to be shingles in my sciatic nerve,resulting in pain,numbness,i had 2 falls,resulting in a herniated disc.My quadricep was affected and I have difficulty walking ,if not assisted,further than a short distance.My leg is extremely tight,and still numb.Besides physical therapy,is there anything that might help w/either the numbness or tightness?

Physiotherapy is the best treatment for your symptoms.
Aggressive physiotherapy in the form of massage, ultrasound, wax, diathermy etc are best for you.
Along with aggressive physiotherapy, you should also take pregabalin and methycobalamime combination.
This will also help in reducing numbness and other symptoms.
Warm water pad on affected areas is also beneficial.
