How Can Nose Bleeding Be Treated?

Yes I just had a nose bleed when I was asleep I woke up with my right nostril bleeding. It has stopped. It did not go on for long. I had thrombophilia when I was pregnant 7 years ago. I do have fall seasonal allergies that I have not yet been taking medicine for every day. Should I go to the doctor right away
