How Can Non-convulsive Status Epilepticus And Migraines Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with non convulsive seizures in 2014&2015. My internist just gave me a prescription for Keppa 500tab but I haven t had an episode sing july of 2015. I do however have chronic migraines that are giving my Stoke like symptoms with significant vision disturbances in my left eye one lasting 13 days. I dont believe I need a anti convulsant especially since this one seem to possibly give side efforts that I now already suffer from. What do o do?
