How Can Nocturnal Emission Be Treated?

Hello doctor.This is vino i am facing night fall problem s past 5 years.actually i asked some doctor s about this problems.they gave some medicine also.but it will not cure.so please give some suggestion to come out from this problems. I did not sleep well because of this problesm.my age 27 ,Weight 79

Nightfall is a normal phenomenon and no treatment is needed. Nightfall is causing stress which is causing loss of sleep.
Advice
a.     Zolpidem per oral at bed time for 15 days
b.     Take high protein diet such as eggs, pulses, cheese and milk products
c.     Regular exercise at least 30 minutes for 5 days in a week. The best types of exercise include walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or dancing
d.     Start masturbating once in a week with positive attitude. It will not harm you. It will reduce frequency of night fall
