How Can Nausea And Diarrhea During Periods Be Treated?

Hi I just had a bad case of period pain which lead to nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and excruciating pain. This has happened once before but the doctors came to the conclusion that it was just constipation however they were still very uncertain. However both times happened on the first day of my period and both times I was a week late. I was just wondering how I can prevent this or get treatment.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Some degree of nausea and abdominal pain are common during periods.
But excessive symptoms like diarrhoea, vomiting etc are suggestive of hormonal imbalance and endometriosis more.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination and hormone levels.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once your hormones are normalize, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
