How Can Nasal Congestion Be Treated?
i have had a totally stuffed up nose for 36 days. why .can,t i breathe through my nose at all, i have taken two antibiotics for 20 days, did not help at all. no sore throat through all of this , had a ct scan done and nasal sinuses xrayed at hospital, only shows inflamation in the sinuses, i cant breathe at all is it sinusitus the doctors ,can,t figure it out , i feel like this may kill me , i get no rest , ihave anxiety severely,iget an hour,s sleep if at all iwalk in my back yard 20 or more hours , with anxiety all day long i feel like death, please i,m not doing well at all

I have read and understood your concern.
From your CT scan and x ray results, i feel your are suffering from sinusitis. Since you have had antibiotics for over 20 days with no relief, i will advise you try the following:
-Saline nasal wash many when congested
-Nasal corticosteroid like fluticasone
-Oral steroid like prednisolon for some days
Then see an ENT specialist for reevaluation.
