How Can Multiple Ulcers At The Incisors-esophagogastric Mucosal Junction Be Treated?
Uper GI, Endoscopy Finding . Oropharynx: Normal Esophagus: Multiple ulcers noted GE jn38 cm from incisor teeth. Stomach . Cardia. Normal Fundus : Normal . Body and Auntrum : Extrinsic compression . Noted pylorus . No ulcer no mass Duodenum First part : deformed mucosal edema and erosions seen D1 D2 Junction narrowed: scopy couldn t be taken. Biopsy : note taken Plz suggest me what can I do this is endoscopy report.
Your having multiple ulcers at the lower end of esophagus. Reason for it may be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease lead erosion of mucousa and form ulcers. Other possibilities like cytomegalovirus infection or Candida infection may present like this.
You may also having duodenal ulcers in the first and second part of duodenum. These are hypertrophic ulcers may need to confirm malignant ulcers by biopsy. This part is hypertrophic lead to gastric outlet obstruction.
So you may need to consult your gastroentrologist/surgeon they will treat you for peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcers with outlet obstruction.
If you have Vomiting may need dilatation of duodenum.
