Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. I sincerely opine that the given details are not at all enough for a diagnosis. You could possibly be disappointed. Disppointed with your boy friend or disappointed with some life event which makes you irritted. That irritation could be the reason for your mood changes. Don't relate these mood changes with mood swings of depression. Introspect. Talk to your friends and parents. Be open. They can guide you out of the present scenario.

If you still need my help, please describe the whole problem in detail and post a direct question to me. I shall definitely help you with psychotherapy techniques to over come your problems.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
