Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Continue with the medications as advised & try to give quality time to your son. Schedule a healthy daily routine giving priority to whatever he loves to do or eat. Maintain excitement in daily chores of life, he should have a well organized exercise time, sleep diet & healthy diet routine. Since he is in his teens you will have to be more careful. Help him meet friends & relatives. Avoid monotony & keep him busy. Help him feel much loved & cared.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
