Hello,

Your echocardiography report shows mild aortic dilation. It commonly occurs in patients with hypertension. It is indicative of aortic valve disease and Marfan's disease. Get clinically examined and evaluated. You will have to get done repeat CT, echocardiography, etc. Get it treated. Neglect may lead to life threatening conditions later in life. Get treated hypertension or any other medical condition.

Diet control, lifestyle changes is helpful. Quit smoking, alcohol, recreational drugs, etc. Get required blood tests done. If diabetic, control blood glucose level at all cost. Do regular exercises, maintain healthy weight. Avoid taking refined flour, full fat dairy products, sugar, carbohydrate, red meat, etc. Take homemade balanced diet with veggies, fruits, berries, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
