How Can Lung Cancer Be Treated?

i lost 1/3 lung to lung cancer in 2015. June they took ct scan and found a tumor, then a pet scan lit tumor up as well as a lymphnode. Back to ct scan for guided biopsy failed because they couldn't find tumor. Then i had scope biopsy of lymphnode. No cancer found. Now they want to do another ct scan and surgery to biopsy the tumor they couldn't find...what's h 86 and can it help me without another surgery?
