How Can Low BP Along With Dizziness And Fatigue Be Treated?

I have low bp. My bp readings in the last 24 hours were 73/57, 106/53, 68/56, 77/55, 77/50, and 115/52. Blood tests, MRI of my head, and echocardiogram revealed nothing wrong. I also have dizziness, poor sleep quality, and fatigue. My hypothyroidism is being treated with Levothyroxine. I need two naps during the day just to get by. I do not have a diagnosis and thus no treatment. What is wrong with me? I have seen several specialists but still have no diagnosis. If I pursue treatments for low bp, am I only treating symptoms rather than cause(s)?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Complete evaluation should be needed to find out the cause of low BP.
It may be due to sepsis, low volume status, poor cardiac output and pumping ,low mineralocorticoids(Addison's disease).

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani,
