How Can Loose Stools And Nausea Be Treated?

I live on an island in Caribbean in the Region of Bocas del Toro, Panama. For the last few days I have been feeling nauseous with loose stools, but not over really diarrhea. I am also really weak. I live a vigorous life style and this is really setting me back. I am 68 years old but ride a bike at least five miles a day and surf for two hours a day when there are waves. So I have been really healthy. I have had diverticulitis before and these symptoms are not like that. I went to the pharmacy and they gave me enterogermina, I am not sure that is the right solution?

I really appreciate your concern, such diarrhea or loose stool may not need any treatment, and this is self limiting and hydration is the matter of concern only else this is nothing to worry, hope this is helps, take care and have a nice day.
