Hi,

The rash in the genital area requires the same treatment as the chicken pox rash of another area. Please continue the antiviral drug therapy prescribed by your doctor.

If the rash shows raw area l, you could apply an antibiotic ointment. But, I highly recommend you to consult your doctor to confirm whether the rash is chickenpox rash or herpes rash.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
