How Can Leg Cramps Be Treated?

I get bad leg cramps. I was told to put 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in ice yea or what ever Iwant toput it in, and it will help. I reside in south Florida and have seen acai in Latin stores. The whole fruit. I never new how to eat or drink it. What is it good for. I have Aseptic Necrosis of the left ankle bone. I sprained my ankle years ago in Naples, Italy. It later turn into Necrosis. It hurts constantly. Would Apple cider vinegar help. I have read where there is hundreds of medical uses for vinegar?bellsouth.net
