How Can Leaky Edema On The Legs After A Stroke Be Treated?

I m a stroke victim, had a stroke in Jan. 2016. My right leg & arm were affected. My leg has been swollen for about 2 yrs now and has been leaking fluid thru sores. This is from the knee down, I ve been prescribed TRIAMCINOLONE ACETONIDE CREAM 80grams 0.1% the whole time, but it doesn t seem to be getting any better. I ve been told, by a doctor, that it has to do with the lymp nodes in my leg, I don t know. It seems like it should be getting better by now, it s been 2 yrs. What do you think?
