How Can Knee Pain, Post Long Stretches Of Cross-legged Sitting, Be Treated?

I have had an ACL reconstruction surgery 5 years ago. Currently I have started doing yoga nd this required me to sit on the floor for long periods of time cross legged but this brings about alot of pain in my knee. How do I heal my knee so that I can sit cross legged

Hi,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
